I liked the staff...very friendly and knowledgable. Rooms were clean. Efficient parking rules and transportation to Disneyland. Parking lot was small and a little tight fitting cars, but still ok. Signs were posted about no smoking, but people were literally sitting in front of the signs, smoking.

The property only allows one vehicle per reservation so don’t come to this hotel if you have more than one vehicle. They threaten to tow your vehicle if you have more than one and had me park our 50,000 vehicle 3 blocks from the hotel and we ended up getting a parking ticket

Put shot distance to Disneyland and lots of conveniency with places to eat nearby. They offer shuttle to Disney. Breakfast is so-so. Very quiet and parking was a bit congested but accessible as the footprint is small. I’d def rent again here.

The room was ok. It served its purpose. Not much of a variety of food at breakfast. The only complaint is our neighbors door was so loud when it was opened/shut. We were woken up by our neighbors door every morning at 5 am by the loud noise it made.

Love they have a shuttle and it’s so close to walk too! Mickey Waffles in the morning free! Free Parking too all perks for a place you will only rest your head.

Overall, for the price, its what is to be expected. You get what you pay for. However, the bed was on a small frame so the mattress had an overhang of a foot on each side which made it feel very unsecured sleeping. There were quite a few ants in the room. This is also the only hotel ive stayed in that didnt have actual conditioner and lotion.

The location was great for Disneyland and attractions. Price of the room was great, facilities are good. The only thing which brought the place down was the service at the front desk. On particular man was quite rude and not helpful. Brought the whole experience down, but did not want to give the place lower stars.

Stayed here for an evening event at the Disney parks. I needed to be at the park at the same time as check in. I had to pay a fee around 60 dollars in order to check in early. Which I did cause I need to change and get ready. This hotel was very close to the parks shuttle runs on set times. None worked for when I needed to be there so I called a Lyft.

My family and I had the WORST experience due to racism. The shuttle driver that takes the guests to the Disney parks decided that his workplace (where he should’ve been professional) was a safe space for him to make unsettling racist comments about black people in my presence, completely unprovoked. He started a conversation with my bf in Spanish and he assumed that I would not understand what he said, but I understood literally every single word. When I told the person at the front desk what had transpired he was completely dismissive and told me he would have to ask the driver what happened and that I cannot be issued a refund so I would have to finish my stay there then report it to the manager in the morning. The driver happened to walk into the lobby after this conversation so he was confronted about the things he had said and he completely lied and sat there being stand offish. He sugar coated what was said and also told me that he didn’t offend me and it’s not his problem if I was offended. His coworker told me to just come back in the morning. So I did just that, and when I spoke with the manager I was told that the driver would not be there the next day as he would be placed on a temporary hold, then he would lose his job. However after our third day at Disneyland he was there once again to pick us up. Not only that but there were several bugs in our room including cockroaches, spiders, and flies.
