The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was ok sort of wish it was a buffet but I also understand not wanted to wast food. It was walkable to Disney but maybe too far for the convention center.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay to park. I also did not like that Expedia does not list that up front. You have to search for this info. For the price I paid to stay here, breakfast should have been included. Instead they charge you restaurant prices and the options are limited. I absolutely will not stay here again since they charge, with tax, $41 a day to park. Never again will this happen. Shame on Expedia for not putting the parking price up front.

Perfect family hotel for visiting Disneyland

We love staying here every time we go to Disneyland. The pool is heated, they have a nice bar to get a drink if desired, the gift shop offers toiletries in case you forgot something and each room has a mini fridge and microwave.

A fast trip to Disneyland. One day I was able to charge my car (Blink) Walk to Park. I have stay here in the passed, very clean hotel, just try to get a room away from freeway. Hotel restaurant if that’s what you call it is awful bring food or go get breakfast. This is my go to hotel in Anaheim.

We opted not to have our room serviced daily; however staff were happy to provide us endless coffee refills for our room and even allowed us to take a full cup of creamer from the breakfast area (vs using the powder packets). Great hotel! close to Disney and good restaurants!

Every night you could hear the people upstairs stomping back and forth. We were on the second floor looking over the pool it was so noisy. Upset that the pool closed at midnight. I asked and paid for a view of the fireworks and got second floor with the palm trees blocking the view 😠 I will not be staying there again.

Checking in got to be a rocky start.I was not given any hospitality in regards to any Information on where any of the accommodations were.It was not a warm welcome whatsoever-very disappointing. Normally when you go to a hotel,they go over all the amenities that the hotel offers Normally, you are ask is this your first time visiting our hotel. I was very disappointed to find out that the small quaint restaurant bar was only open certain hours, but again I was not told about any accommodations in the hotel. when getting to the room. I had no idea that all lights were controlled right at the door as you walked in. I did try to turn on a light and it didn’t work. I thought the lightbulb was burnt out so I brought it too the front desk, the lady was shocked that I brought her the lightbulb and said that maintenance would be there. I did not need a man to come to my room and see the situation. It ended up being that the switch that controlled that light was right at the front door as you walked in, this was not mentioned to me. The refrigerator never turned on. never worked. The toilet ran every 20 minutes But on a good note, overall, the quietness, the calmness, the relaxation. The ambience was absolutely relaxing. There is no accommodations of any kind for breakfast. You have to order your own coffee, tea, and any other accommodations that you are needing, I believe that the restaurant opening at 4pm is too late. The layout of the hotel is very, very nice and well established.

Lovely staff, clean rooms & great location for Disneyland and Garden Walk. Only down for us was the food options on site. Limited menu in the bistro/ dining space which meant we had to go out most nights to get dinner which was hard after a full day of Disneyland with 2 kids.
