We had an issue with our room the first 2 nights and the first guy who was at the front desk didn’t help us at all but then when the guy wasn’t there anymore and the front desk lady Mary was we let her know about our issue and she helped us out tremendously!! Thank you Mary!! (:

We had only one remote for the 2 TVs and they were not fully operational. I called the front desk who suggested a battery replacement but it didn’t solve anything. Everything else worked out perfectly.

This hotel was the best one that we have stayed at, coming from a family who takes trip nearly every month. The staff and housekeepers were so nice and helpful, the room was cleaned and organized very well.

Not family place to bring your wife and kids.
Moment we walked in room horrible stinch, carpet wasn't vacuumed hair and trash all over floor. Bunk beds were under bolts missing, very loose, hair all over beds. Carpets ripped and nails exposed.. countertop had gunk all over, you can tell they don't clean very well more like rush. If they offer you second room for exchange for another room, it's the same don't waste your time.

We stayed with our 4 year old and it was Great 👍 Showers were nice! Shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! The free breakfast was so nice! Rooms were comfy and spacious! Would definitely stay again!!
