Parking nightmare.
The food was wonderful and the service friendly. Hard to roll bags thru hallways. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom counter very small to use for two people. Disappointed with parking. We paid for two days parking at the front desk and when we went to leave the garage the kiosk would not let us leave unless we paid for the day again. BOTH MORNINGS IT HELD US UP 8 minutes having to call to keep them from charging our card again for parking.

I didn't like paying $25 for parking but not as bad as in other places. I'm in San Francisco today in our hotel parking is 100 US dollars a night which is crazy. The hotel room was very nice very comfortable very clean with an excellent television. I would definitely without question stay there again. Also the breakfast buffet which was $25 look tasty enough.

I love the Hyatt forever ! I used to work for them and they never disappoint HOWEVER . This hotel is too nice , and too pricey , to have the thinnest walls I have ever experienced in my entire life ……This is no exaggeration whatsoever . We could hear the entire conversation, movement , and breath of our neighbors . They were not being loud at all just having regular convo and we could hear everything …..So if you stay here you’ll need ask if anyone is in the rooms on either side of you. You can’t even complain about it because how are they going to fix the entire building unless they tear it down ? So just don’t stay in your room and I hope you’re a heavy sleeper so you don’t hear adult activities at night lol The property is lovely , great location, you can walk to some restaurants and grab snacks , there’s a lovely bar downstairs but the non privacy in the room is just ….i has to give two stars . Sucks because the room was very nice.

Good luck relaxing in the hotel tub...
This use to be my favorite hotel when i visit downtown Sacramento. There's bar access and a fireplace near the spa and pool, it gives it a very attractive look, and it's usually my highlight. However, this time, the pool and hot tub was overrun by children and teenagers. They were literally running and jumping back and forth into both. It was very uncomfortable and it ruined our night and experience there that weekend, since that's usually a highlight for me.

I just needed a break, and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was so helpful and made me feel so very welcomed there. I needed that. The room service for dinner and breakfast was amazing. Food delicious, but the servers made me feel well pampered. Thank you for that

Poor up keep of the room. Chipped paint in all areas. Scratches on the doors in the bathroom, scratches and chipped paint in the room. Received blankets from house keeping that were torn and worn and also smelled unclean or stale.
