Very clean, air conditioning worked well and no bad smells, the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was weak but the shower was clean and plenty of towels and even some fun towel art . Overall we had an excellent stay!

This is a simple place to stay while visiting the Disney Resort. This property is located far off the Main Street of Harbor Boulevard so it's quiet from traffic and pedestrians. It's walkable to restaurants and its location is across the street from the Disney pedestrian entrance. Staff & valet's were great. Definitely will stay again.

Ideal location for Disney. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t really use any of the facilities as only used room to shower and sleep in, but couldn’t fault the room. Room was large and very comfortable

Parking is very limited, if you take a larger SUV or truck it will be difficult to get in and out. You also run a risk getting blocked in and not being able to leave on time for a flight. We had to wait 30 mins for the valet to arrive in the morning because no one could move the car but him. Besides that. The staff is very nice and helpful, the pool has trees all around it for some privacy. The fact that its further in the property helps with traffic nosie.

the room was fine, bathroom area new. there is no elevator so on the second floor, had to carry the stroller up and down everyday. that was hard. i'd stay somewhere else next time.
