We chose the DoubleTree because it was a trusted name and was central to all of the activities we had planned for our trip to SoCal. The front desk staff were a friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 queen bed suite. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the seperate living room area.

The property itself is beautiful and the staff members are amazing but the room was a bit diry. In comparison to the last time my family and I stayed I noticed Baseboards, the Coffee Machine, Bathroom Door and Handles, along with the inside of the tub needed extra attention. The Coffee Machine was by far the worst I have ever seen at a resort hotel. I purchased one for us to use during our stay.I hope this helps!

HORRIBLE STAY/MISLEADING
Booked this hotel with the understanding that 2 queen beds and one double sofa pull out was ACTUALLY 2 queens and a sofa pull out. Nope! Both beds were full beds and when I told the front desk they insisted that they were queens. I mentioned this everyday I was there (since we were so uncomfortable in such small beds) but they didn’t do anything about it. When we got into our room, the showerhead was completely out of pressure and my shampoo and conditioner bottles inside the shower were not working/empty. That led me to believe that the shower was not looked at before they cleared the room for the next guest. The blanket that was in the closet for the pullout sofa bed was also not laundered, and it had a body odor stench to it. This also made me feel that they didn’t thoroughly check the room for cleanliness. On our last night there security came by at about 1 AM and accused us of banging on the walls. We let him know that we did not do it, but we did hear it. He then insisted that the people next to us had called and complained. We did not do any Type of noise. Our overall stay was very unpleasant for it being a Doubletree hotel. The front desk was absolutely no help to my concerns and I have not been able to get a hold of the manager so that I can voice my frustration and experience. If I would’ve known that I would’ve had all these problems and they were double beds and not queen beds, I would’ve never booked this hotel.

Nice room but vey hot
The room was very clean and spacious but upon arriving at 9 pm our room was 82°! There is only one small vent in the king suit and it never got below 72° also the parking was expensive and our key to get out of parking didn't work. The bed was very comfortable but due to the air conditioning we probably wouldn't stay there again.

Lets start out with the bad, when I booked there was no mention of a parking fee. The day before my check in I got a message from the Hotel stating that there will be a 29.99 fee for parking each night plus tax which was about 100 for 3 nights with tax. Also mentions a 75 dollar charge to card which they charge for each night, so 225. So be prepared for this. Also breakfast is an upcharge and not included like it says. I booked on Expedia which might be the problem and not actually the hotels fault. But I should'nt have to go to the hotels website, pick a room and start the booking process to find the hidden fees. I wish they had coffee or water available. But as far as the rooms go I was suprised, plenty of room for my Family, 2 beds and a pull out couch. The 2 beds were in a separate room. There was a microwave and a refrigerator which was nice. The furniture is old but as expected with the price of the room. The room was clean, no complaints. I will come back as long as the rate is good now that i know the extra charges. SOME of staff was not very friendly or informative, but others were ok. If your going to Disneyland its about 0.8 miles away, not a bad walk.(Bring a stroller for kids)
