Broken table. Front desk refused to move me to a new room even though they were not full booked. Even the maintenance worker asked and was also refused. So they had th Mickey Mouse the table to fix. There were homeless roaming about. Even though I checked in early. Which was nice, because of the broken table I was able to unpack or get comfortable. At night, the nightclub next door has so many patrons that it took a bit to get into the hotel. Staff was friendly but not up to my expectations.

The room was dirty and looked very unkept. There was water damage on the walls of the bathroom, wallpaper was peeling, a hole in the roof of the bathtub/shower. The couch bed was SO creaky it was horrible, woke someone up anytime you had to move or get up to go to the bathroom. Our feet were black from the floor. We did enjoy the arcade, complimentary drinks during “managers hour” and the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately my husband said we’ll never go back.

Breakfast staff can be little more friendly, we were in omelette line for 20 mins by the time we got our omelette everything was taken out of food line, I thought it was a bit too early and she saw ppl still standing in line. Would be nice to let them know.

Location of our room wasn’t great - right outside the elevator so it was noisy otherwise I may have rated it higher. Breakfast was ok. Room was good enough. Staff were ok. Would probably stay again in a different room.

We loved this hotel because of the complimentary breakfast and complimentary drink vouchers at the bar. & the complimentary water bottles .Staff was nice! There was only 1 thing we asked for our room to be cleaned and they did not clean it. So I had to go to housekeeping and ask for shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper

Not so good stay
The moment I opened the room door and tried to enter, there was a lot of smell of mold. And the smell of mold didn't go away during my three-day stay. The cleaning was not very clean either. Most of the facilities were old and the wallpaper was torn off. The sink and bathtub in the bathroom were uncomfortable because the water didn't run well. The staff who made the omelette for breakfast was very unkind. The water in the pool was not clean and the surroundings were very dirty. Overall, it is the worst hotel among the Embassy Suite hotels.
