We stayed at Sutton Place for Taylor Swift. Everything was wonderful! They had a TS party which was a lot of fun! Rooms were well appointed, super clean, L’Occitane toiletries were a bonus! Excellent location and easily walkable to BC Place and a lot of shopping! Would absolutely stay here again!

What a perfect location for everything we were there to do; shop, ea, and see Eras. The hotel was beautifully decorated, decked out for fans, made extra accommodations to be quick with service in the restaurant, lots of useful information starting at the front door, and made checking in and out efficient. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

My only complaint is that we had no heat in our room. The hotel had offered to bring us a space heater but I was not comfortable with that and we all were exhausted from returning late from a local event and ended up under some extra blankets.

I am so loyal to this hotel and was super disappointed when they couldn’t find my baggage for almost two hours. Waiting at 10pm for them to bring it up, keep calling, no real answer…. Finally go down they still can’t find them, wait in the lobby exhausted then they finally came out.
