We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast . However the property lacked a choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was the only major one . The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside and the Korean bar didn’t allow kids after 8pm so was if no use to us. Also the hotel had no shuttle service to and from Dubai Mall like a lot of other similar hotels offer so it was a bit inconvenient. Overall everyone was lovely and the Turkish tea from Badaway was great and our overall stay was amazing

Excellent hotel in a great location. All the staff go above and beyond and truly care about their customers. Very comfortable and spacious rooms which are immaculate. Pool area is an oasis in the heart of the city, very close to the sights and malls.

Very fine hotel, excellent location, well appointed rooms, professionally & polite staff, extremely well managed teams. Breakfast is to die for, overall 6 * hotel clothed in 5* shell. Well done to every single person who has made my stay remarkable.

Yes all good except the un professional house keeping staff. Keep on knocking the door for cleaning. Ant I keep the dnd sighn on. Yet they call and ring the bell!!!! You need to do something about this
