The pillows are horrendous. Even after asking for additional pillows did not help. They are flat and uncomfortable. Had to borrow pillows from a friend for the duration of our stay. Could not have managed otherwise. The only disappointment.

I stay for business and it meets my needs very well. It's away from DXB, but close enough to be viable for taxis back and forth. The view is spectacular from the gulf-facing side. The room is clean and well-appointed for my needs, and the staff is responsive and courteous. It's my go-to in Dubai for business.

The third day it was unbearable and they said oh we can humidify it. My husband has asthma and is very sensitive and each day in that room he was getting sick. I did not want to stay another night and they said they had no rooms at the same category. I requested a downgrade because our health was more important.

The view is astonishing. Clean and good customer services by door men. We woke up 6AM by loud fire alarm. We were so scared. Called reception and no one answered. I would appreciate if we were notified in advance. We could have prepared ourselves.
