The room was clean and spacious. A lot of construction work going on around the property. The area around the property will look much nicer once the construction is finished. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Great Hotel! It was so clean and beautiful. It is a little far from main attractions in dubai but we never had issues calling Uber or taxis. The train station is also like a ten minute walk away and the hotels shuttle service can take you there for free.

My 3rd stay in Element
This is my 3rd stay at Element Al jaddaf. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to mentioned that it would help if there is a slim line dishwasher as when we use Frye kitchen facilities there was no are to dry the plates and cutleries, it will be better to have the dishwasher in my opinion and this will make the place even more convenient and comfortable to stay.

We stayed here for 5N and had an amazing time. Due to our flight times we arrived at the hotel at 3 in the morning and the receptionist “DJ” extremely helpful and very accommodating despite how late it was. He was very helpful when we checked out too. 5/5 for his service. The room is spacious for two people, clean and had all the amenities. They did room service everyday and provided fresh towels every other day which is something extremely great to have. Also they’ve changed sheets once or twice too. We booked BB and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Had many options to choose from and tasty. We didn’t even need to eat till little late because we could grab a really good breakfast every morning. The place is quiet too. Nice vibe. The rooftop pool is also amazing. It’s heated so it was really good relaxing experience after a tiring day of touring around the city. You can get food from pool kitchen from 2pm to 10pm (I think). They also make anything from their menu at any time on request till 11pm and everything is under AED 40. The pizza for AED 39 was worth every penny as two of us couldn’t even finish it. Overall it was a great choice and definitely going back if we ever return to Dubai.
