We stayed here for 5N and had an amazing time. Due to our flight times we arrived at the hotel at 3 in the morning and the receptionist “DJ” extremely helpful and very accommodating despite how late it was. He was very helpful when we checked out too. 5/5 for his service. The room is spacious for two people, clean and had all the amenities. They did room service everyday and provided fresh towels every other day which is something extremely great to have. Also they’ve changed sheets once or twice too. We booked BB and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Had many options to choose from and tasty. We didn’t even need to eat till little late because we could grab a really good breakfast every morning. The place is quiet too. Nice vibe. The rooftop pool is also amazing. It’s heated so it was really good relaxing experience after a tiring day of touring around the city. You can get food from pool kitchen from 2pm to 10pm (I think). They also make anything from their menu at any time on request till 11pm and everything is under AED 40. The pizza for AED 39 was worth every penny as two of us couldn’t even finish it. Overall it was a great choice and definitely going back if we ever return to Dubai.

There are many active constructions in the area, full of dust and VERY unsafe walking outside building. Far from everywhere and no restaurant close to building.

Good value for the money in Dubai with newer rooms. Near to metro and shuttle to metro station and Dubai Mall. Area around hotel is undergoing development so dining options near hotel are limited. Staff is excellent. Tip - One restaurant to check out nearby is Trouvaille.

We had a great short stay (5 nights) and from the moment we arrived, the staff were super helpful. Very friendly and attentive. Don't be put off by the construction outside (much of Dubai has it), inside is quiet and constantly being being cleaned. Room was modern and had a (very useful) washing machine, kettle, fridge and sink. 10 minute walk from the Metro (Al Jadaf) which we were happy to use. Taxis easily available if you don't like the heat. Our thanks to DJ, Ansari, David and the team of people whose who always helped with a smile. Thank you all.

Element was the perfect hotel for our family of 6. From the minute we arrived the staff were helpful and attentive. Every morning we came down to a wide range of breakfast options. Really fresh and tasty. The hotel is really great for families, couples and individuals. Something for everyone. We went swimming everyday. Amazing views and clean with great staff. Great gym yo workout in, well equipped. Overall, myself and my family had an amazing stay, made amazing memories. A huge thank you to the Element Al Jaddaf Hotel.
