It’s usual I park my car while I traveling at IBIS styles Garhoud because I always stay since April 2024. on December 10, 2024, I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member who treated me unprofessionally. After the incident, I reported the matter to the front desk and even submitted an official complaint. The staff member was proven to be at fault in front of the reception staff.
However, what’s more disappointing is that the hotel management did not take the time to address my concerns or even offer a simple apology. It has been weeks since the incident, and despite my efforts, I have received no follow-up or acknowledgment of my complaint.
As a frequent traveler, I value professionalism and accountability, especially from reputable brands like Ibis. This lack of care and customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve how they handle guest complaints in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
