You can’t fault the Dar Al Masyaf. A holiday of a lifetime. Everything about the Jumeirah resort, it’s access to a huge choice of first class restaurants and amenities. Professional friendly staff. We will be back again.

Nightlights control were not working. Shower head condition could be better. We choose the room because of the bathtub but unfortunately, the bathtub was dirty and the drain doesn't work so we did not use the bathtub. Waterflow was perfect, AC was average. I really liked the mattress.

Always really enjoy our stay at dar al masyaf. Great kids club that our boys always enjoyed visiting. Food always good in all restaurants and service really good. Being the very hot period and it being quite a few bits of work going on around the hotel that is well hidden and not a distraction which is good to see them improving things. Could do with an update on the main pool at al qasr as there is a fair few lose tiles in the pool.

Perfection! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. My husband collapsed while walking and needed to be taken to hospital. Management could not have been more accommodating. They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. Fantastic location for a short break - away from the UK weather! Very helpful and efficient staff who made our stay very comfortable. A great choice of cuisine across a number of restaurant options. Very good facilities with several different pools plus a lovely beach. All in all, we were very happy with everything.
