The hotel was excellent, you get great views of Dubai, breakfast is worth adding to your accommodation. Room was good size bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The staff was excellent very helpful and caring. Shuttle to the mall very good also.

I loved the staff at this hotel from the door people, reception, security and breakfast staff. They were all lovely, helpful amd accommodating, especially since i came for an eye surgery. The only ossues we had were the noise that we could hear from our room on the 40th floor, it came from a nearby club but the staff moved us to another nice room without hassle. It was an very comfortable stay.

The standard of the service is outstanding. Everyone remembered my name and room number. There was always someone willing to help, even without asking. The room was palatial for a very reasonable cost. Food was good. Nice gym. Close to DIFC.

Everything was great, except that I never had my safety deposit returned after the 14 business day wait period. I will not be recommending my businesses or associates to stay here due to the failure to meet a simple deadline.
