I love everything about the hotel. This stay was my 2nd time. Stayed there in December 2022 and had the same great experience. Next time i am coming to Dubai i will stay at Sheraton again. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Love it.
Great hotel. The staff is amazing. They do make you feel special. The premises are spotless: room, hallways, common areas, restaurants, pool... the place is immaculate. And the location is perfect, being attached to the Mall of the Emirates with very convenient access to the Metro.

The hotel was very nice. It was modern and clean and updated. The only thing I could fault was probably the buffet breakfast. It was very average and could do better.
