Hard to believe this hotel is a 4 star! Kitchen was tiny and dark with no amenities like a kettle or toaster. There was 2 knives for 4 Adults and no spoons or forks in terms of cutlery. Got 2 towels between 4 Adults, when I asked for more towels all that I received was 2 bathrobes. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice but in terms of 4 star quality this was very disappointing.

the property was excellent, room was above expectation. The surrounding is very dusty, Ordered a taxi twice from front desk to the airport but when i came down to the lobby it had not been ordered so i went outside to find a taxi.

5 days in North of Dubai

Initially I booked this hotel for 18 nights. Hotels.com offered me a decent rate including breakfasts. Later I changed it to 5 nights, the rate was increased. Upon checking in I was told BF wasn’t included. It was surprising. After digging it was revealed that Hotels.com removed the BF ( without indicating) and jacked up the rate once I changed the booking. Hotel is not in a good neighborhood. It’s not close to metro station. But it’s a good value.

Unclean. I honest don’t know how this property scored good reviews online. The furniture and curtains are filthy. They moved us to a different room, and they were STILL dirty. I would never come here again or recommend for any of my family members to stay here.
