I booked a 2 queen suite and they gave me a king with a sofa that was uncomfortable and said our queen rooms are fully booked. Meanwhile there was soccer teams staying here which most likely they gave them all the queen rooms. I had booked thia way in advance

Always love to stay at this hotel when we are in town. Front desk staff is always friendly. The facilities including the pool and exercise room are clean and easily accessible. The buffet breakfast offers so many choices from cereals to sausage and eggs. They even offered carnitas, tortillas and sausage. The employees were so nice as well. They work so hard to ensure there is plenty of food on a very busy morning. You can tell this hotel is very well managed and staff cares about the guests.

It is a good property for family as it is one bed rooms suites. But if you looking for somewhere not clean, please do not stay here. Stains in the kitchen, bugs in the room and bathtub. We cannot even shower because of bugs and drain.

We were disappointed when we checked in and there was no bedding or pillows in our room for the pullout bed. It took over an hour for housekeeping to deliver which was drastic when we had toddlers and we arrived well into the evening after a day at Legoland. This isnā€™t the experience families would want after promoting this location is family friendly.

The room was clean and well appointed with kitchenware. I reported a few things to the front desk like dead batteries in one of the tv remotes, a detached soap dispenser in the shower, a missing sheer curtain on a window and a hanging light bulb in the full sized fridge. Loved that the fridge was full sized. All items were repaired that same day except we didnā€™t get the sheer for the window facing the parking lot. That was a bummer since itā€™s ā€œhello peopleā€ or the black out curtain. The breakfast was really good each day. Special fresh Mexican dishes like carnitas and tortillas with salsa, crema, etc. in addition to the standard waffles, sweet rolls, fruit, scrambled eggs. They even had chicken sausage and seasoned potatoes. Breakfast was a big step up from what Iā€™m used to at other hotels.

The room was dirty when we walked in but we were able to clean it but we also didnā€™t want o move due to we had so many people the bathtub was full of sand and dirty and they came and cleaned the room but took all the blankets so we had to ask for more

Check in and out was simple and easy. Daily breakfast was good. There was a variety of breakfast items. Very quiet and calming.
