There was a big tear in the curtains, the closet/ armoire had multiple scuff marks/scratches, the bathroom door scrapped the floor and would not close all the way, the do not disturb sign was torn, there was water damage to the cabinet where the fridge was, and the motorized blinds did not stop at the appropriate length for going down and was damaged.

The shower head hose was broken so it was spraying everywhere. The drain did not drain properly and it flooded the bathroom. I told the woman at the front desk and she said she would send more towels to the room to clean up the water, but never did. Maintenance was gone already for the night so no fixing it. At 2am it sounded like a cleaning crew in the halls and it was so loud.

The staff was friendly. Our room was pretty clean ( except some stains on the walls). It has a small frigde and a good size TV. Around the corner a few good options for snacks and food.
