The Good: The staff is great, the pool area is nice. The Bad: Had ants in my bathroom, no fridge in my room, The toilet wouldn't flush consistently if even the smallest amount of TP was in it. The TP was also very cheap and rough, I work construction, and it was worse than the outhouses.

Great hotel at a great price! My only complaint is my key was only activated for the first day of my stay. That wouldn't have been that big a deal except I came back from working out and my key didn't work on my room and I had to get changed and ready for an appointment! It took me a few minutes to scramble up to the front desk. Come to think of it. This was really mostly my own fault but it was a mistake by the front office person that turned into a little bit bigger deal than it should have been. One more item, it would be good to connect the room key and the parking validation together so that you don't have to have separate parking validation when you come and leave the parking lot.

SERENITY FOUND!
My company usually puts us at Marriott properties, but when they are not available I always stay here! This place is so charming and serene! Beautiful pool atrium area and pool balconies! Rooms are clean, comfy and have beautiful inspirational art. I LOVE THIS CHARMING hotel with great location to Airport and amazing customer service!

It was fine for what I needed however I will say the room was very noisy, constant humming of something, my TV was not functioning well as there were green pixels all over the screen every channel and the shower/tub combo was tight and cramped and only half the water came out of the shower head and the other half out the faucet. Hotel definitely needs a remodel into the 21st century
