I arrived around 3pm, one hour before check in time. The drive way to the front desk was blocked by two cars. T 3 employees was in the parking area. They can not help. They told me to ask the other driver to move so I can drive through to the guest parking area. Very strange!
And then I found out check in start at 4:00pm. No room was available. Not even if I pay to upgrade my room. But I need to get ready for a wedding. The front desk staff was helpful, He let me use the gym bathroom to shower and change.
By 4:00pm. check-in line was long. I did not receive any room ready message or call.
I left my luggage to the bell man. He was very professional and polite.
At late night, to pick up the room key was no problem. But no mention of any Expedia VIP benefits. I left before 4:00 am, check out experience was normal.
Room was good size and clean. Comes with full kitchen. May be great for family gatherings.
I had been with many Hyatt properties. Always great. Perhaps the rest assured impression, I was disappointed for this stay.
