Was woken up by cleaning staff letting themselves into my room.at 8a.m without knocking. The breakfeast that was offered was just ready to serve microwave bacon ( 2 pieces uncooked sitting in grease) and cold boiled eggs.... Will be letting all my adventure friends tonstay away from here.

Our visit started ok. Checked in, went out for supper, came back to watch the hockey game. Had to find the hdmi cord behind the fridge to connect with the internet box. That was an adventure through the dust. My husband has to sit on a chair to read or watch to tv because of a lung condition. When he sat in the chair, it broke. He’s approximately 225 lb so there shouldn’t have been a problem. We called down for a replacement and watched the game which was brought up promptly. When we checked out, we were informed we had been charged $50 on our credit card for the damaged chair. I was shocked and told staff that I didn’t accept that charge. I was told it was a brand new chair. The chair was a rolling office chair and obviously poor quality. Won’t be staying there again and will tell everyone we know this story.

I did not like the fact that the homeless community hovers around places of business. This is not the cleanest city. Did have a lock code to the area of the hottub which was not safe for those of us staying alone. I did not want to use it as i was not sure that anyone could enter . Also breakfast was the same old thing every day. Pancakes, bacon and boiled eggs. Most hotels rotate what they serve
