Cleanliness us my main priority for accommodations. The bathroom was very poorly cleaned, and some areas not at all. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was average. The area to how close everything was is what we paid for. The room needed some work. The patio door didn’t lock and I spent 20 minutes to fix it. Lots of rust in the closet. The tap in the sink was so wobbly it was hard to use. The room needs a revamp.

Hidden PARKING FEES!!! $15 charged for parking because they are located downtown. When we asked about them, we were told they dont credit the parking fee. Reception was friendly enough. No house keeping Jan 1. Room was clean-ish. I found long hair all over the bathroom. Kinda gross.

Just a quick staycation after Christmas shopping, dinner & drinks… and considering there was a staff party in the lounge that night, we didn’t hear a thing… Nice room with all the little things we like.. coffee maker in room, tv with all the channels, & a nice deck to look out from..
