This is an honest property for the budget. Room and bathroom are functional and fairly clean. Convenient parking that includes covered area. The greatest asset is the position walking distance to several restaurants, shops and front lake. Friendly personell. To get more stars needs air conditioning and updated heating unit; I didn’t use it but looks old and noisy. Building fixtures are dated.

Disappointed not as per usa standards.
First of all no AC at all....Thank god I gravelled in early sep not sure about anyone who travels between May to Aug...2 queen bed but only 1 table fan. The front desk has not even shared the wifi details as part of check in checklist. The cleaning lady entered in our room before we checked out. The bathing shower has very low pressure. The front desk lady was too talketive. Lastly I was overcharged on my credit card as compare to my booking amount.

We had an excellent stay at peppertree. We were not looking for an eye and resort-like experience, but a convenience comfortable place to spend the night for one night. It surpassed our expectations based on other reviews. We planned it well and got the texting between the staff and us where we could communicate well and checked in in the hours that there was staff at the hotel. We were up on the 5th floor which had a beautiful view. It was very quiet convenient to some great lakeside places and at night we had no noise of any kind and a comfortable stay. It was a perfect stay for us. Communication was also great.

it seems like they’re doing the absolute bare minimum, the heater in my room doesn’t work even though the lows at night we’re in the 30’s during our stay! we were freezing and attempted to get extra blankets multiple times but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. there are only a few hours a day when there is an actual staff person on the site so if your keys stop working, you need extra things, or just need assistance in general there is no one around to help! the carpets are stained, the wall paper is peeling off and there is no extra chain lock on the doors.
