Another great stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly situated in the centre of the city and overlooking the river. Parking is available on site, so you can leave the car and walk everywhere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, but rather dimly lit. The decor in the hotel is now looking a little tired in places. Staff are friendly and helpful and make it a pleasure to stay here. We will return.

The hotel has a lovely location and polite staff and we loved the reception and room decors. And the swimming facility was lovely. However the room was not cleaned properly for a very long time. There was dust and fluff all around the bedroom floor. And on the third day, they change our bed cover with one that was clean but was ripped in the middle. Also, at breakfast apart from vegetarian sausages, all the meat options were pork products, with no chicken or turkey important if one doesn’t eat pork. And it was all the same during our 4 days stay.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and big with a nice modern bathroom and very comfy bed. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Convenient location in walking distance to the main sights of Cambridge. We also enjoyed delicious cocktails in the hotel bar.

There was a wedding party right outside our room that none of the staff mentioned and when calling reception about it I got a rude person telling me there was nothing they could do about it. Just a forewarning would have been nice. It wasn’t even good music!

What a unique hotel! We especially loved the decor of the lobby and of our room. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great. Comfortable bed. Finding a towel on a balcony chair from a former guest was somewhat of a turnoff. But we would absolutely return to this place!

Lovely stay at The Graduate
Everything was perfect. Check in was great. Luca (I think) was friendly and really helpful and remembered us when we checked out. We are in the hotel twice and it was perfect. I have lots of food intolerances from a long term illness and the bar and restaurant staff and the kitchen were in incredibly helpful and got everything right both times, first go. Trust me this is unusual. It took Gordon Ramsey restaurant 3 times of sending out food before I gave up and didn’t eat. Room was lovely. We had a view of the river and a lovely balcony. Highlight was watching the cows on the opposite bank. We would definitely recommend and return.
