Fine for a short stay as the location is great for the city centre. The room we had was very small which is ok when you're just using it as a base but if you will be spending a lot of time in your room and like a certain level of comfort, I'd look elsewhere.

There was a lady at reception who really needs some retraining; she was unfriendly, unpleasant, and, in my opinion, would be better suited to a back-office role rather than front office.

The reception staff were not friendly or welcoming and didn't thank us upon leaving either.The climate control unit in the room did not cool the room down so it was too warm through the night. I paid 20 pounds for the car park yet no one ever asked for my registration, did not validate the ticket despite me offering on 2 occasions. Upon leaving the barriers were permanently up which meant other people were probably coming and going while parking for free. The reception staff actually asked me how many nights I had stayed. I feel like I paid 20 quid for no reason.

From the website the hotel and room reflected as what would be a decent place to stay for a few nights. The room wasn’t set up as requested as the fold up bed was not ready nor did it come with bed sheets which I had to ask for and didn’t supply a single bed duvet for it either when I asked for it for my child. Room perhaps a bit dated and needs upgrading.

Convenient location good breakfast comfy bed. Room very poorly planned with no bedside tables and an odd empty area that could have housed the wardrobes and freed up space in room. No shelves in bathroom

This hotel was a midrange place. It was basic, clean and the staff was friendly. The parking was extra but it was huge. We appreciated that very much. It was a bit hard to find as there was a lot of construction in the area, but, once there, it was perfectly situated for all the attractions. Breakfast was good.

Great location in Liverpool
Our stay was really good, staff helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble. Room was clean as was all areas of the hotel. Location was brilliant as short walk to attractions, river mersey and Albert docks. Breakfast was great, good choice, buffet and much as you want. Only a mile from station. Close to shops. Would stay again.

Very clean place. But took a while to checkin as there was no one of the desk as they were serving drinks at the bar. Other than that very friendly and checkin was straight forward. Wasn’t advised of the parking charge until checkin which is £10 a night.
