OK for the price
Good location near Albert Docks and wasn't far other parts of the city. The room was initially really cold and then in the evening, I had to turn the heating off as it was so noisy. The room was therefore cold and I could not sleep as a result.

Avoid, avoid, avoid
Over priced, old and smelly. Usually I trust star ratings over 8. This was a very bad experience. There for one night ( football match). Rooms are VERY small, the floor is sticky( wear shoes not socks) and bathroom is not as clean as you would like. I payed at least 3 times what it’s worth. Avoid, avoid avoid( unless they charge you around $200 US)

We were not given tea and coffe items for day two and the bins were mot emptied and used tea and coffee items were left on tray after we had requested the room to be cleaned

A short but amazing stay. Spacious room and bathroom! Within walking distance to main attractions. The tastiest breakfast each morning and staff were so friendly and helpful.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Excellent location for conference at the Albert dock. Room spacious,clean soft towels and extra pillows provided if required,plus a blanket. Good quality tea and coffee provided. Easy walk into the main city. Booking again soon for a short break.

The hotel was dirty everywhere - like properly dirty. Rooms were tiny, I ended up leaving a night early - couldn’t cope with the smell (possibly the carpet in the room) and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Hotel was noisy at night - even people just walking down the corridors the floor seemed to bounce and vibrate with every movement. Staff didn’t seem engaged with anything, just interested in their friends and their phones. 0/10 would not recommend and would not stay again.

Have to say very the staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was clean. Didn't try the food, ate out all the time. The hotel itself needs to be updated. There are better hotels in the area, that I will be trying out on my next visit to Liverpool.
