First time using Liverpool Airport.
We arrived at 3.15am to cheerful helpful staff. Managed to get up in time for a hot breakfast which was plentiful. Room spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries. Also ample tea and coffee on the welcome tray. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Location was great, easy-to-use Found it disappointingly the evening menus Within a short period of getting the Saturday night menu several items were no longer available We were not the only quests who had this disappointment as there was some talk going on. The bar staff were not overly helpful Quite disappointed

location is fab . Prices sometimes too much for me but whenever I can afford it or have a Hotels.com reward I go here. The reception staff and breakfast staff are great . I love the views from the bedrooms which have everything you need , no going down to reception to ask for an iron . Breakfast is BRILLIANT , in a lovely spacious room , buffet also plenty of room and refills for cofee and great for help yourself nothing cold or sad looking. Check in at 2 very helpful check out easy and quick....will satay again at any excuse when I can afford it . oh and wifi also excellent

Receptionist did not give proper instructions or made thing clear over a deposit , did not point me in the right direction of the lift. The breakfast was atrocious with very little not cleaning down spilt items everywhere every table was full of dirty crockery, there was no replenish of stock for breakfast no help from the chef as to when fresh item were coming out of the kitchen I was just told to get out as he has not started work yet when I arrived in the lift was dirty with a pizza box in half eaten and dropped all over the floor and a small cup of spilt Coca Cola .

Very convenient, you just walk across the street to the airport. Air Conditioning was not responsive, after it got cold I just turned it off for the night. Shower had two temperatures very hot and very very hot.

I cannot pay enough tribute to the professionalism of the caring and attentive staff, from the reception, the dining room and the room staff. They were all 'great'. I despaired at the ignorance of some of the guests, who using the smokers' area outside the hotel, instead of using the ashtrays provided they insisted on throwing their cigarette stubs onto the ground along with empty cigarette packets.

Good stay right opposite Liverpool Airport
Bed was comfortable. I am short so I found the bed a bit high but once on the bed it was lovely. The sound proofing is amazing. I did not hear any planes landing or taking off. The shower took a while to figure how to work. I forgot my USB mains charger. Please note that the rooms only have main sockets. Luckily I had powerbanks with me. Otherwise it is costly buying a mains USB plug in the airport. The hotel had a limited number of plugs available for guests and I was sadly too late for one. So do not forget your charger! Breakfast was surprisingly quiet on a Saturday morning. Cooked breakfast was ok - the sausages were dry and the scrambled eggs bland. Coffee was great and so was the juice.

Aircon stopped working in the middle of the night, but worked again in the morning after we already woke up. No heater for shower at night so we were showering in cold waters. Slow refills for food that ran out at breakfast, especially the batter for waffles.

Parking was simple and directly outside of the reception area- at a busy airport that is great. Check-in was swift and the staff friendly and engaging. Room was impeccably clean, a great size and comfy. Most importantly the room, directly opposite the airport, was sound proofed. Not a single plane was heard while we were there. Bar staff was fantastic, friendly and talkative. She helped us sort transport into the city for an event which arrived in under 10 minutes. Breakfast was absolutely great. A good selection and fresh. I would stay here for trips to the city in a heartbeat.
