Gross shower with mucas on floor and wall. 3 of the 4 already small were down and lines formed. Staff seemed to not care much but the place is just a funnel for cruise people, they don’t have to. Won’t book there again

My rental car got broken into 2 hours after I checked in. Thankfully nothing pesonal was taken. The room wasn’t fully clean long hairs in the bathroom and on one pillow on the bed. The shower head was full of green lime and rust. The location is perfect but the hotel needs some freshening up.

All was good at this property but for a hotel this size, the elevators are not acceptable. I would have given a 5-star review, but trying to use this painfully slow elevator will leave you frustrated. And yes, there was only one working elevator out of four. Not acceptable when there are several floors.

This property is in need of various updates. Starting with the elevator, there were only 2 out of 4 that were operational. Inconvenient taking 10 minutes to get upstairs with long elevator lines. The inside of the hotel upstairs smells old and the room was a bit beat up. Beds were comfy. I booked a double queen room and just got two double beds, not queen beds. Parking is not as bad as inside LA. But when I parked up front I was harassed a few times by homeless men in the hotel area. Pool is on the second floor and heated and hot tub is nice. Pool bathrooms were dirty every time we visited.

Satisfactory stay
Was only there for 1 night, it was satisfactory. I liked how pretty and clean the establishment was. We had a floor level room and our sliding door was very difficult to open. There was also okay really 1 light working in the main room, but otherwise we relied on the sunlight to see. The bathroom was a bit small, but was fine. The pillows were very uncomfortable for me personally.

This property was fine. The hotel itself is clean though there were a few issues with the bathroom and doors jamming. Some of the neighbors were noisy but that isn't really the hotels fault. The restaurant breakfast was overpriced for the poor quality but luckily there are good places to eat within walking distance. Options for hotel are limited in this area but this is certainly a good option.

We liked its central location to shops and restaurants within walking distance and that it wasn't far from whale watching and the aquarium. Parking was convenient. We were disappointed that the pool was undergoing maintenance the day of our stay.

Where’s my deposit?
So when I check in on Saturday that pass on the 27, I was told that my deposit of 100 was gonna be refund back to my account it’s been three days and I still have not received it.

We like the location of the hotel, but we had broken lock in the bathroom in our room. My husband and I stayed with our grandkids in the room and the lock in the bathroom was broken, the lock was important for us. I reported the problem to reception, but nobody came. I reported second time and the guy came. He said that he will need about 40 minutes to replace the lock. We decided not to allow that, as we were only staying one night with our grandkids and didn’t want all the loud noise. We assumed something like this would have been resolved before we arrived. When we checked out we asked the front desk to print out confirmation that the lock was broken, but she refused. So instead I had her to write down the issue on a piece of paper for my records.

Good location. beds are comfortable. I was expecting more for the high room rate. Hotel needs a general uplift and deep cleaning service.
