The marina area and beach was beautiful to wake up to. The restaurant had reasonable prices and good food. Lots of walking paths and close to Cabrillo Beach with easy access to the Harbor Freeway. They also have vans, at no charge, that will drive guests to and from anywhere in San Pedro.

The hotel is pretty if you have the marina view from your room. The restaurant is not open all day and there’s nothing around within walking distance. So if you don’t have a car, be ready to use an Uber. My room was clean and so was the property.

The rooms are great. The rattan patio furniture is damaged and doesn’t have any cushions. The lounge area has a musty smell. Staff is supper nice, location is great to walk along the marina, beach and close to the cruise terminal.

The location was great and the surrounding marina was lovely. However, the building is in disrepair with worn carpets, squishy beds, and stained/damaged furniture. There does not appear to be soundproofing. The majority of rooms overlook the parking lot. Only 2 rooms on the property have been updated. The photos on Orbitz are misleading. There were no lights in the pool or on the pool deck. In addition, they tried to charge us $44 per day for parking without any notice. Overall, overpriced for a motel type experience. A disappointing experience. We only slept there. It’s not a room you’d like to spend any extra time in.

Rooms had air conditioner consistently leaking even when switched, probably causing the generally musty smell of the hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive, the only 4 star aspect of the place. The hotel needs a facelift.

Nice spot near Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles
The location is very nice, right on the water with beautiful views of the port. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

August week
Every person there was kind and attentive. 1st morning we dined in for breakfast, looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a week. We let the front desk know and they hopped on it. Patio was nice to relax by the marina but could use some attention. Palm trees need trimmed, grounds need blown, flower pots need cleaned as they were used for trash. Door to patio was broken and slammed shut if it even closed. Bed was not comfortable. Location was good, price was good, service was friendly. Just needs better daily cleaning.
