Staff was excellent- kind and helpful. Property was not bad, but side entrance looked like it may have been broken into and bathroom door had what looked like water damage at the bottom. Otherwise everything else was good.

Quiet room. Didn’t hear any noise from the metro rail and the hotel is right next to it. Didn’t hear any of our neighbors. Only downside is the nightly parking fee. We shouldn’t have to pay an additional fee to park if we are already paying customers. But overall I enjoyed our stay.

They charged me $20 a day for parking. This was not advised to me when I booked the stay on your site. If I had known about the extra fee I might have stayed elsewhere. I am A senior citizen and count for me. In addition, I stayed there two nights and not once did anyone come to clean my room. When I voiced my displeasure at the front desk, the receptionist said nothing except that I should’ve requested it. This was not possible because I left the room very early in the morning and didn’t return until 9:30 PM. I didn’t even get an apology from her. She just brushed me off. All in all very disappointing stay at this hotel. I had been staying here many times on my trip to Los Angeles. Things have changed and I will not stay here anymore.

The property was nice, clean and quiet. My guest and I only had one issue. We both started itching from the bed linens. Whatever they were cleaned in caused us both to itch uncontrollably and breakout in hives.
