More than anything, it was the young lady in the front who helped me get checked in. I was in a tough stressful situation and she completely put me at ease was very helpful and made everything so easy for me. You guys have earned yourselves a customer for life!

Nice hotel, good location. However, I asked for a wake up call and didn’t get one. Glad I set my phone alarm as back up. I was told to ask at 6 am for a late check out, but the night auditor pushed it off to the morning crew. Morning front desk was nice though.

There was a disturbing smell in the room, by the entrance. The room was clean, it might have been coming out from the inside the wall or smth. Otherwise- a perfect stay
