I think, this is the nicest Hilton we have ever stayed in. It is the only hotel I have ever found so far, with double king beds. Sleep was amazing! Very convenient check-in and Bluetooth controlled elevator operation and room entry is genius. I ONLY wish, there was on-property or close by Starbucks. Other Hiltons do have their own coffee shops.

I had the worst experience with my stay here, I will never ever book this hotel and I don’t recommend it to anyone. First of all i had to beg the for a extra chair in my room, I called the from desk from 3 pm when i checked in asking for a chair they kept saying we’ll get back to you and they never did. After 3 hours they finally sent someone with a chair and I said finally to the person that brought the chair he said oh they just told us right now but the front desk was telling me he’s trying to reach them but nobody is available. Also we had trouble with the valet they almost give my car to someone else if I hadn’t seen them doing it. They had my car out and the someone was just chilling in it which was the supervisor when I asked why you have my car out he said oh someone told us to get it ready and I said who he said the front desk but we confronted with the front desk they said nobody asked to get the car ready so I was really frustrated and mad.

I will only stay in a hotel that has a tub as well as a shower and this Hilton has tubs on the sixth floor rooms. The decor was excellent. Very clean. Great staff. A safer area. Quiet location near The Village in Woodland Hills.
