We are very happy with our stay. the hotel is in good area in Glendale. The free breakfast is a plus. The staffs are friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is clean and updated. It’s 15-20 mins away from universal studio depending on traffic. The parking is gated and safe. The hotel is safe no one can enter the hotel without a room card. I would recommend it. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Shower pressure is too low and it takes a lot of time to take shower due to low pressure. The glass door of washroom doesn’t close properly. Parking is safe and secure in basement. Breakfast veg options were limited but otherwise a very wholesome options. Could not use pool so can’t review that. Staff seemed helpful.

I would of have given it a 5 star if not for the unknown parking garage fee, but definitely a 4.5 stars for me. Hotel was clean, customer service was pretty good, and it was really quiet at night. In addition, hotel was super close to tons of fast food restaurants/ small familh restaurants, 3 to 5 mins away from a shopping mall, and right next to a gas station if you need to top up on fuel.

The property and the staff was great, the only bad thing I have to say about this place is the bath tub was clogged and not draining very well, cause tub to fill.
