This property is above expectations. The food in the restaurant on the 17th floor was excellent. The service wonderful. The hotel itself is the cleanest I have ever experienced and I have travelled extensively. The staff were amazing, kind, helpful, and respectful. I hightly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and impeccable service.

Excellent hotel and staff. The somewhat lower cost (compared to Beverly Hills) is due to the traffic noise of being right by the interstate highway. It did not keep me awake but is worth noting.

A bit noisy
One of the elevator doors would not open on our floor. A minor inconvenience and the other elevator worked fine. The freeway noise was very loud but the room was very nice with a full length mirror and plenty of charging ports. The round digital room keys were very cute.

The hotel internet and Wifi was intermittent and slow in all rooms. Speedtest confirmed. The hotel also describes the ability to upgrade the internet service. The hotel admitted they are having issues with their carrier Spectrum and that it is a problem. I had no choice but to leave after one day because of work necessary to do.

Excellent Value/ Location
This is a perfectly located hotel at the 405 freeway and Sunset Blvd. It’s easy to get to and from anywhere in the area. Staff is friendly and restaurant on the top floor has good food selection - breakfast through dinner and amazing views. I use it for business travel but itsc excellently priced and great value.
