I loved everything about it , the only thing was the pool was at the rooftop which I loved but the whole time we were there the kids kept throwing water balls around and we didn’t end up getting into the pool after all . With the pool being small and the children running around . Either than that , everything is walking distance . The staff are friendly and the view is amazing.

We were just in Long Beach for 4 nights and the Hyatt Centric was perfect and they accommodated our 2 pups. The rooftop pool and bar were a fantastic way for us to relax on one of the days we were there. Darnell who is the operations manager was fantastic and went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service. He is a true asset to the Hyatt brand. The customer service was outstanding at check in and check out. The room was beautiful and immaculate. Bed was comfortable and it was so quiet! I slept like a baby. Close to nice restaurants, easy to walk or cheap Uber. Breakfast options in the hotel were very good. I will definitely stay here again next time in Long Beach.

Came down for a tattoo at Outer Limits tattoo. Was 2 blocks from them so very convenient. We also went to the Aquarium of the Pacific and it was right next door. They had a bunch of vendors in the area selling their crafts. And plenty of restaurants around. Would definitely stay there again.

The theming of this hotel is amazing. We loved the aesthetic. Only stayed for one night as we were getting on a cruise, and we booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the cruise terminal. We would definitely stay here again if we happen to come back to the area.

As a couple, we really enjoyed this stay. The hotel is located just steps from tons of shops and restaurants, and a short 5-7 minute walk to the ocean. We loved the interior design that paid homage to the nearby Port of Long Beach and the history of the Pike / Downtown Long Beach. The rooms were clean, super quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We would love to stay here again!
