Affordable hidden gem in a great location!
We really liked this hotel. It is affordable for the location which is excellent. Minutes from Beverly Hills, UCLA, and the beach. The rooms are comfy, clean, and spacious. While clean, the rooms have some quirks, like unfinished repairs in the bathroom. These are not things that would keep me from staying again. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. When I mentioned that I wished there was a fridge in the room, they offered to put one in our room. Parking cost is reasonable compared to most hotels in the area. Considering the hotel has an open air courtyard, the noise wasn’t bad at all. The AC unit works well and is quiet. The bed was comfy! My only small critique is that there is documentation in the room that has out of date info for the hotel (regarding coffee availability in the lobby and local restaurants). But this is so not a big deal considering this little gem of a hotel. Highly recommend!

Very nice comfortable lobby. Friendly greeting and check in. The parking is in the back and is safe and convenient. Only hit on comfort is that the pillows are old and lumpy. Also there is a charge for parking $20 which is fair but thought was included.

I took a chance and booked this last minute as I wanted somewhere convenient to Westwood. It ended up being perfect for that-the room and common areas were great and the staff were awesome and friendly. Special shout out to Andrea she was super helpful and friendly as was her colleague the day before. And then I just get out and walk to places in Westwood. It’s smaller with fewer rooms so more cozy and personalized experience. I’m definitely coming back, thanks guys!

i WOULD NOT stay here ever again. hotel said “pet friendly” but upon checkin i was told i had to pay an additional $150 for my dog. plus $20 for parking. so in the end i paid $449 for one night!!! i could have stayed somewhere way nicer for that price! also the room smelled weird, the tv was smaller than my computer monitor at work, and the bathrooms had no counter space, and the room is very small.

Noisy toilet, restless night
Unfortunately the toilet would periodically recycle with a loud rush of water throughout the night. It woke me, several times after a cross country flight. The next morning I brought this to the attention of staff and asked for another room. Instead, the desk worker adjusted the flap and suggested that I turn off the valve if it persisted. It did.
