The main lobby smelled like an abandoned house, and the mattress were stained. Lots of stains on the walls and the smell on the room wasn’t the best. We booked the room to visit the queen Mary haunted event, other than that I’ll stay at a Marriott next time around.

Great little retro gem on the waterfront. Instead of 'trying' to be retro. it really is. The place has the feel of a European hostel, but it's distinctly American. The whole place has the strange feel of 80s noir. Love the stained glass windows in the lobby!

This place checked all my boxes, price, ample parking, location, fridge and microwave in room, large rooms and no problem checking in early at 10:30am Right across from cruise ship port. Downside is rooms are in rough condition. But clean. You want nice stay at Crown Plaza across street for 5X the price.

Close to Terminal
Very pleasant checkin experience when we arrived after dark. The property is older and our room was huge by today’s standards. The room had been freshly painted but the bathroom is definitely showing the property’s age.our bed was very comfortable and the pillows just right! Location to ship terminal is an easy walk along the boardwalk across the road.

I liked the front desk staff. The guy was friendly and our check in was quick. However, the property is totally different from what they show on their website. The place looks old and there is a weird smell all over the place.We found live cockroaches in our room and my kids were scared to walk on the floors. Another couple entered the next room around 1:00 am, started playing loud music, and even tried to open the door to our room.The bedding looks old too. Almost everything inside the place needs to be changed.

My experience at this motel was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and an unpleasant smell that never went away. The bathroom was barely usable – mold in the shower, and the faucet barely worked. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making it clear they didn’t care about the issues I raised. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable, with loud guests all night and thin walls. For the price, I expected at least the basics to be functional and clean, but this was far from it. I would not recommend staying here.

Quite possibly the worst hotel experience of my adult life. First two rooms they tried to give me were completely disgusting and clearly hadn’t even been attempted to be cleaned. There was no housekeeping at all during my 5 day stay. There was a live cockroach on the bed in my friend’s room while I visited them. There isn’t so much as a phone in the room, lamps aren’t plugged in nor do they reach the outlets. The outlets and smoke detectors hung loose with exposed wiring. Absolutely awful, don’t ever stay here.
