This hotel was not fancy but was worth the cost. While it was not fancy it was clean and the staff were great.. it's location is very good with lots of food choices and stores. It is located near the cruise port which was our reason for staying there. The shuttle to the ship was an unexpected bonus. We would stay there again.

Chose for pre-cruise sleep, but bring earplugs….very noisy street…and offers convenient shuttle to the port. Arrive early to sign up for best times as shuttle holds about 6-8 with big bags. Mostly a take out area, room service menu looks good. Liquor stores close by. Next door is a good oriental place…great chicken teriyaki, but poor wine selection. For price, convenience pre cruise it is what it is. A bit tired, but clean enough.

Older property, clean & well maintained. Smelling of strong cleaning agent as soon as we walked in. Lumpy pillows. King bed which is comfortable. It has everything that we need for an overnight stay. On the go breakfast. Coffee machine at the front desk. Free tea & coffee. No microwave in our room but there is one at the reception. Free shuttle to port. Overall we had a good stay

We stayed the night before our cruise and it’s very convenient. The staff is excellent and the room was very clean. It is an old hotel and could use a renovation but it was perfect for one night. It is extremely loud with traffic but again it was one night. Lots of restaurants close enough to walk to as well.

The people here went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations and even though the area was older the rooms were very clean and there have been updates to them to keep it feeling welcoming. We came and slept for a few hours before we went on our cruise and we will absolutely be back next year.

We stayed there one night and as far as the hotel its self was clean and staff was great. I would definitely ask for a room away from the road because the noise was terrible. Didn't get a lot of sleep because of it till around 4:am. the plus side is saved money on Parking our car there while we cruised, good price. Got a shuttle to the cruise port. Would have been better if they offered one back.

Staff were great. The shuttle to the cruise terminal was included. Coffee, tea, and snacks available for quick breakfast. Our room faced the main road and traffic all day is pretty noisy.

Perfect for our need - an inexpensive but comfortable place to spend the night before our cruise. Bed and pillows were comfortable, plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showers - usual soap and shampoo. Air conditioner works well but a little noisy. Adequate number of electric outlets. Microwave, refrigerator, table and chair, nightstand and dresser. Breakfast was continental - packaged rolls, mini-muffins, granola bars, apples, oranges, juices, coffee, hot water for tea. Free shuttle to cruise terminal. Quick check-in and polite and helpful staff.

I booked this room for two reasons - easy port access (they provide transportation) and cost. The property is old. The air was not working and the exterior door did not seem to be able to take much force to open. There are lights on all night and difficult to block. The area is industrial and quite busy all night long. That being said, if you are there for the night before a cruise, it is clean and convenient. The coffee and continental breakfast options are ok.

We were able to check in early which was a bonus for us. There was no coffee pot in room, but coffee in lobby with muffins. Lobby was nice as was staff. Fridge in room was clean and cold. Beds were comfortable which was surprising. Considering we were on a main street, we were able to sleep well. The view from our room was great. There was construction going on, but it stopped early, they were done before we got back to our room around 4 pm.
