Friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. When I had a fall in a nearby street, the staff provided me with prompt and effective first aid. Breakfast was a pleasure - not just the food but also the helpfulness of the staff.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel indigo Manchester, staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Served us well for our stay only small critique is there wasn’t enough tea and sugar but easily rectified at reception

Excellent stay! Perfect for shopping, bars amd restaurants, literally minutes from everything. Parking at printworks just around the corner, a few minutes walk. Wouldn't look anywhere else when we visit again.

Beautiful stay
The hotel is beautiful, lovely decor, very clean, the restaurant was great with a good choice of food, breakfast was really good. Its within walking distance of everything...train station, arndale shopping, selfridges, christmas markets and AO Arena. One thing, the toilets downstairs from the restaurant need checking more frequently as they were not very clean.
