Friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. When I had a fall in a nearby street, the staff provided me with prompt and effective first aid. Breakfast was a pleasure - not just the food but also the helpfulness of the staff.

Hotel is beautiful, lovely big bedrooms, so quiet (soundproofing is amazing). All of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very busy but again the staff were really helpful and the food was lovely. We will definitely be returning.

Convenience of being adjacent to Victoria station and AO arena. Shops and eateries close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready for an informative chat and wishing you a lovely evening. Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice. Will go back next time we visit Manchester.

Perfect solo trip
Comfortable beds, great front desk staff (thanks Sahar for my early check in after a long flight!), next to train station. Easy walking to all local attractions. Free bus has a stop right outside hotel. Wish I had booked 3 nights as I still have a lot to explore in Manchester!

Everything was fantastic and we were pleased with the service, facilities and rooms. The beds are huge and the mini fridge and iron etc are all useful extras that for the price were not expected. My only gripe was the air con unit was noisy once switched off and trying to sleep. However we just slept with the TV on to drown it out. Overall a great hotel, with fab facilities and very good value.
