This had been our third stay at the Waterfront and there has been some type of event every time. During one stay there was a santa run that blocked the exit to the parking lot. We sat in the lot for over an hour until enough people complained and we were let out. This last time, there was a Wild Hogz biker club in town. It was ridiculous. If there was a way to advertise that an event is going on Orbitz that would help out tremendously.

We have stayed in this hotel before and it's one of the nicest hotels in Stockton. It was over 100° and our AC in our room wasn't working very well, they put us in a nicer room across the hall. And we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The check in drive and online process.
Pull up area to check in had multiple cars parked with no one in them and no guest waiting to check I making it very difficult to get out of the drive. I didn’t care for the scanning of my drivers license with regard to the pre check in my concern is systems being hacked.
