The room was nicely painted, and the property appeared to have some renovations. (Pool was closed and no meal/food services available.) The service received was pleasant. Requested no services of the room; however, the staff checked in (via phone call) to see if there was anything we needed (towels and etc.). The timing was perfect, and we didn't have to pause our activities. I am a smell sensitive individual and the two odors I noticed in the room were urine and smoke. The front office also had an extremely strong smell of urine. Bathroom was clean and appeared well maintained. However, did notice on day 3 an issue with the bathroom sink's plumbing. Came back to the room to find the bathroom sink had a layer of slime and gunk which appeared to have come up from the drain. Fortunately, there was no odor to the excrement which came up from the sink. The carpet condition was ambiguous. This could be where the problematic urine smell was coming from. I did discover a few cigarette burn holes on the bed cover. Towels, sheets and pillowcases looked to be newer and maintained. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, and the area was safe. The parking was perfect for us, and we did not experience any noise issues. The main purpose of the room was for sleep and showers. All-in-all it was a good stay. Thank you to management and staff for being friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again just based on the customer service received. Thank you.

I’ve stayed here my past 3 trips out there to visit my now husband and I’ve never had any issues with my stay. I don’t even really mind that there’s no AC in the building, the fans they provide are good enough. I am curious though as to why the pool and hot tub are out of commission. I was really sad to be in a room this most recent time that directly overlooked the beautiful pool and hot tub and I just wished so much I could get in them so that’s my only little thing I don’t like but other than that I love the location and parking and it’s not too bad.
