Lovely find!
Nice little hotel/motor lodge for a quick stay in Monterey! The guys at the front desk were polite and professional, even helping me find a great dessert at the restaurant next door. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed (that's MOST important to us!), I even slept through the night! Don't be alarmed if you see the room doors all facing the street like a Motel 6, it's actually a pretty nice place! It's within walking distance to the wharf, Cannery Row, and the Aquarium.

Superlative choice for a quiet, relaxing stay at Monterey. Pefect location. The pastoric look of the facilities belies the fact that it's a hotel. I was able to hear my neighbors talking in their room, my neighbor’s phone alarm in the morning, shower, toilet, TV. Basically it felt like there was no wall between us. The staff was excellent and friendly.
