We had an early flight out of San Fran so figured be easier to stay close to the airport. This place exceeded out r expectations, managed to walk 5 minutes to do all the washing and eat dinner. Free shuttle service in the morning. Def recommend this place.

We have a tradition in our family where my husband, my son and myself will go to the Monterey area around Christmas time to spend a few days with our other son and daughter in law. We tried this hotel last year and was satisfied, so we decided to try it again this year. When I made the reservation, I opted to pay at the property at the time we checked in. I reserved 2 rooms and thought everything was good. About a week prior to check in I received an email saying the payment for the second room didn’t go through. I told them I had money allocated for this reservation slated to be there on the day of check in. Then I get another email saying my reservations were cancelled due to a declined payment. I thought that was the end of it. Then on the original day of check in I received a phone call asking what time I would be there. I told them they cancelled my reservations and I wouldn’t be there at all. I was told by the clerk that called me that she would check with the manager and get back with me. I never heard back AND they took my money for reservations THEY cancelled. I’ve tried reaching out with no success.
