Nice hotel, though overpriced
Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location and we really enjoyed having a room that partially overlooked the ocean. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Cons: Our breakfast at Schooner’s was disappointing. There were a couple of “little” things with the room, like the carpet being damaged at the entrance to our bathroom, which meant there was a VERY sharp and exposed carpet nail pointing straight up that we discovered the hard way. All in all, the hotel was very nice, but at this price point (over $500/night after parking costs) I was hoping for a little more consistency in quality.

(1) Checkin bas to be wait until 4:00pm but checkout is 12:am. Caused over $500 but only can stay in that hotel less than a day (20hours). (2) When we booked this hotel, we were not awared this hotel has no self parking lot attached. We have to pay extra $48 to ask a valet parking. Expedia should notify its customers that hotel has no self parking space. (3) During the night, there was very sharp and irritating noise sound from our right side room (#4135) which towards my head to cause certain level headaches.

Hotel was great. The issue is that they didn’t plug in our EV overnight like they were supposed to….which lead to upsetting our planned departure time to Napa.
