Room was pre-heated on arrival. Staff always lovely and very helpful. Hotel very conveniently positioned. Problems with shower temperature control meant showers were a problem if at all possible at times

When checking in on the Sunday afternoon (17th November 2024)at around 15.30, the young man at reception was very rude & unhelpful. As an example when we politely asked where the toilet was he abruptly said down there. It was actually through several corridors & not straightforward. First impressions set the tone & we were left feeling very uncomfortable & disappointed.
