When getting to the property, you have a farther drive once you get off the highway especially at night. The property was affordable since my husband and I are on a budget. The rooms were wonderful and slept amazing.

Cancelled our reservation and resold the room, because we turned up late. Despite the reservation being PREPAID IN FULL. Big conference in town, so clearly just chasing the profits... Disgraceful service, would never use the hotel or brand again. Refused a refund when complaining through Hotels.com, despite being a Gold member
