Overall a very good experience helpful and polite staff and excellent food service in a great environment there are however some areas which should be considered. This hotel has no lift, has many levels and is not wheelchair friendly the rooms are good but areas that concerned us were a poor fit toilet seat and a non working extract fan, we did have a radiator leak but that was attended to, external road noise was a barrier to sleep!

The bathtub does not let the warwe out.... vantilation in the toilet not working ... no aircondition... room on main road with noise coimg through all night... with no aircon we had to leave the window open...... light next to bedside not working.... light on the desk had no light bulbs.... no fridge..... breakfast was horrible...... staff was an 80 years old women half the time did not hear what we were saying......

Overall a really good stay, room was a decent size along with the bathroom. Would definitely recommend. My only criticism is that the bed was 2 singles joined together however a caster was missing off one the bed causing it to be slightly lower than the other. There are no chargers near the bed which was strange.
