This listing is for the one bedroom flat on the 2nd level only. This unit has its own separate entrance. The studio on the ground level is not for rent. The entrance for the upper unit and the lower unit are separate.

Once Booked 50% deposit is NON Refundable. %50 final payment due and NON Refundable 30 days prior to checkin dates.


**IMPORTANT**
Villa sleeps 4 people. The second bed is intended for comfort and additional space only.

(2) Ground floor One Bedroom Studio (1st Level) THE STUDIO SUITE IS NOT FOR RENT.
