Came here on a holiday weekend because we knew it was going to be sunny and nice to enjoy the pool… and the heater for the pool was broken. so disappointing for my kids since this is all they were looking forward to .

The Staff at the Mission Inn are very pleasant and friendly. What I observed was the patience they demonstrated with the guest who were dissatisfied with their hotel room. Some of the rooms need to be updated, specifically the bathrooms and some of the furniture in the rooms. Their staff should not have to take the heat (blame) for this as I have witnessed myself every time I have stayed. The Mission Inn exterior is lovely including their lobby. What is totally ridiculous is that they place an additional $100.00 a night charge on your credit card. How they manage to get away with this is beyond my comprehension. I travel a lot for work as well as pleasure and have never been charged the extra amount per night which you then have to wait almost a week before it is credited back to your credit card. I give the staff a 10, The rooms 7/12, restaurants and bar 81/2 and policies a 1.

Customer service was horrible. Our room key did not work and after going back and forth three times, turned out the lock was broken. Front desk does not communicate with each other and then blamed us for their incompetence. When we finally got into our room with our 2 year old, there was a band right outside our room. It was so loud we could hardly hear ourselves talk. We complained to the front desk and they told us to call the non emergency line but they they could do nothing about it. Such a disappointing stay

Had a good time but wouldn't stay again.
Great atmosphere and quite a vast amount of shops around. My only dislike was that it was so annoying to hear the footsteps of whoever was staying upstairs. Also every time a door would open and or close from the other roooms the noise would travel to my room making it quite tedious.
