The biggest disappointment was paying extra for a room with a balcony to be on top of a parking lot. It’s truly unreal the photos advertised vs what you actually get. I don’t know how they can be so deceptive.

Beautiful property. Upscale and the staff so helpful and friendly. Love the 4-5pm complimentary happy hour, daily. Would highly recommend.

I really liked certain things in this hotel. It had a modern vibe and I loved that books were dotted around. Breakfast wasn’t worth paying for and the service was terrible by the female employee who was charmless and rude. Throughout the hotel some staff shone and some looked disenfranchised
