This was the 2nd time we stayed at The Renaissanceā€¦it was an awesome experience to be remembered by Kean and one of their managers, Gordon! We were checked in by Fern, who was also professional, friendly and very helpful. I also will like to mention Janeth and Mike at the restaurant, on Monday October 14th; their service, friendliness truly was 10 šŸ™Œthe mimosas were beautifully decorated with fresh fruit and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back! We love the hotelā€™s location as you can walk to downtown Palm Springs, casino and a lot more.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Mayra at the front desk and the hotel concierge Gordie were great and exceeded all our expectations. Pool bar attendant Charlie made the best drinks and had amazing customer service skills.

$721.00 for two nights and the swimming pool temperature was way too cold!!!! The only people that could stand in the pool for more than five minutes were fat drunks and small children. In two days, fifty others could only go in as far as their knees and sat on the edge of the pool with only their legs in the water. Check the videoā€¦. RIDICULOUS!!! And many of us complained with no action taken by staff. Jacuzzi temp was great.Weā€™ll never go back!
